Guest What? Dr. Martins are doing bags...Yay!

Dr. Martins Spring/Summer 2011 Bag Collection

The satchels are made using the very same classic smooth leather used on a range of Dr. Martens footwear. The satchel is a decent size able to fit a laptop so it actually work usable.  They are strictly limited basis (only 350 bags between all 5 colours) so once they're gone, they're gone. However, I am sure Dr. Martins will resale them but with a slight tweak like the black pumps sold in Mark & Spenser that calm it limited edition and just changes the colour of the soles every time.

Keep it real!

Why wear a flower print dresses when you can wear the real thing? This Alexander McQueen dress has real flowers on it so why wear a fake? You wouldn’t wear fake Uggs or leather or fur (well I wouldn’t wear real or fake fur as it freaks me out but that not the point). Basically why wear fake clothes when you can go to your garden and pick some flowers and glue it to your dress it’s probably cheaper and more environmentally friend as no dyes are required.  Anyway my point is keep it real!

Edun Fall 2011

I recently come across this designer (Edun) and I love there mixture of prints and broken knitted clothes. I see element of all my favourite designer and high street shops combined into one luxury label. Like the print skirt reminds my of Miu Miu Spring 2010:
The blue dress is in a similar style to All Saints:
The broken knitted jumper look like part of Robert Winter 2010 collection:
